Engine Braking Effect v 1.1

Giants has now reduced the value for the “engine brake” with patch 1.2 itself by a good 50%.
Version 1.1:
– Adjustments to patch 1.2
– Script reduces the “engine brake” by 50% (value can be adjusted quickly)
– Applies to all vehicle mods with old lowBrakeForceScale
